    CM Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to the mortal remains of Martyr Pramod Negi

    Uttarakhand. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Jollygrant Airport, Dehradun and paid tribute to Chamoli resident Lance Naik Ruchin Singh Rawat and Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh resident Martyr Pramod Negi, who were martyred in Operation Trinetra in Jammu and Kashmir.
    Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that this country will always remember our martyrs who laid down their lives for national security. The state government stands with the families of soldiers every moment.

    He said that our government will provide all possible help to the family members of martyr Ruchin Singh Rawat. He appealed to the family members to maintain patience in this hour of grief. Senior journalist and writer Jai Singh Rawat met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Saturday and presented him his latest book: “Badalte Daur Se Gujrati Jan Jaatiyan”. This book has recently been published by the National Book Trust of India (NBT), Government of India. This is the second book by Jai Singh Rawat to be published by NBT. Both the books are research texts. Author Jai Singh Rawat said that in this research book, an attempt has been made to briefly throw light on the entire tribal society of India, but the complete focus has been made only on the five tribes of Uttarakhand. In this book, an attempt has been made to understand the processes of development and especially the impact of education and health schemes on the five tribes of Uttarakhand and their sub-castes, as well as various cultures, society, place, language, script, biological diversity, educational diversity of the tribal people. An attempt has been made to throw light on the level, impact of development, food habits, worship methods and traditional practices. This book is the result of the research and study of the author for more than three decades.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced an amount of 50 lakhs for the expansion of the school, construction of motor bridge in Ramganga and asphalting of the road to Muwani Mahavidyalaya. The Chief Minister said that by 2025, continuous efforts are being made by the state government to bring Uttarakhand in the category of leading states of the country, for this, new policies of major departments like sports, education, tourism, industries etc. Schemes have been given priority.

    The Chief Minister said that the state government is making continuous efforts to solve the problems like migration. Self-employment oriented policies of various departments have been made in the interest of the youth. Our effort is to use the potential of our youth in the interest of the state. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the slogan “Vocal for Local”, our government is determined to implement it. The Chief Minister said that it is our endeavor to make Uttarakhand the number one tourism state of the country and the world, and our rich cultural heritage should also be recognized on the global stage. He said that this time on the occasion of Republic Day on the path of duty, Uttarakhand’s tableau Manskhand getting the first prize is an honor for the state as well as our folk culture.

    The Chief Minister expected the students to work with full dedication in whatever goal they choose in life. If we do any work with full honesty and dutifulness, then we definitely get success in it. He said that whichever field you choose for your work, be in the role of a leader. The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our country is progressing in every field. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, we are continuously working to connect the people of the state with employment and self-employment. It is the result of the efficient leadership of the Prime Minister that today our country is working to show a new direction to the world on the global stage. The Prime Minister has a special attachment to our Devbhoomi and this can be understood through the special projects being run by the Central Government here. The work of development of hilly areas, which earlier seemed just a dream, seems to be possible today under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
